Adding “YOUR LOGO” and individual branding is an effective
way to get your brand recognised, we understand how important it is to send the
right message to your customer, so having the right product and image is
essential.


We work together with all our customers to support them
when selecting products, colours, print types, location and bringing together
the most effective finished promotional products.


We also endeavour to work with our customers to ensure that
when the product arrives it is what was expected. So we have set out a simple
process to provide for this as detailed below:


1.    Select a product from our range (see link to our options for the various Eco Friendly
materials available https://www.greenmerch.co.uk/materials)


2.    It might be also useful to understand what makes our products a more Eco-Friendly
choice so please see link below explaining how we categorise each product in
terms of its potential Eco Levels : https://www.greenmerch.co.uk/eco-levels)


3.    Select what type of print you would like (see printing techniques link to our website
describing the various options: https://www.greenmerch.co.uk/printing)


4.    Select a location for where you would like to place the printing and branding on your
item.


5.    Our website offers several convenient options regarding your artwork


       a.    “Upload your logo at point of order” online, simply upload a compliant logo as you add items to your basked.


       b.    “Email logo later”  so if you are ready to order goods but don’t have the logo ready or at hand, simply proceed with the order and checkout online and we will contact     you immediately after you have placed your order so that you can email  your artwork to our artwork email address : [email protected].

c.    If you don’t have a logo in compliant format (see compliant logo information below):

don’t worry, we can help with that too, Simply send over your design in the format you do have it and we can normally work with you to prepare the artwork into an appropriate format. Please bear in mind that this can add time to your delivery and there may be an additional cost – though this would be agreed prior to the order confirmation and acceptance.

6.    Once we have agreed on the artwork – we will send you a digital proof for you to approve – once accepted your order will be confirmed at this point no changes can be made or no refunds can be issued. We will then schedule for print and production and delivery of your branded promotional merchandise.

Submitting your artwork/logo


Q: What format do I need to provide my logo or artwork in?
A: We ask our customers to provide their logo or artwork as a vectored file:
Please provide all artwork in either of the following formats:
    * Adobe Illustrator (.eps format) – any version
    *  Adobe Indesign (.indd format) – any version
    * Adobe Acrobat Pro (.pdf format) – any version 

Don’t worry if you don’t have your artwork ready when ordering online – just continue with your ordered without the artwork being uploaded and we will email you immediately after you
have placed your order and we will pick up the artwork detail later. (send your replies to: [email protected])


If you don't have your artwork in the appropriate format, that’s OK - we can help with that too! Simply send over your design in the format you do have it and we can normally work with you to prepare the artwork into an appropriate format. Please bear in mind that this can add time to your delivery and there may be an additional cost – though this would be agreed prior to the order confirmation and acceptance.


Q: Will I get to see how my chosen product looks with my logo?

A: Yes - we can provide you with a free digital proof via email. This will show how your product looks with your chosen artwork.
Once you've approved the digital proof and the order has been confirmed. your products will be sent into production! – at this point
no changes can be made or no refunds can be issued.


Q: When will I receive my artwork proof?
A: You will typically receive your PDF digital artwork proof within 24 working hours of placing your order. We will ask you to either confirm you are happy with the proof or to notify us of any amends that need making.

Once you have confirmed that you are happy with your proof, then your Eco-Friendly merchandise will be sent it into production and prepare it for delivery.

Q: do you offer printed samples?
A: yes, but there is a cost for this service, if you require a sample please visit our website, select a product and request a product online using our “request a sample” link (or contact us via telephone of email)
